Honey lightens up the body and helps to blend the flavor and aroma allowing for a clean, refreshing taste. This well balanced brew has a unique blend of coriander and orange peel which compliment the hops.

Summer Honey Seasonal Ale is a full flavored, refreshing summer beer. Drink it to cool down when your summer BBQ starts to heat up.

The raspberries are balanced by the clean, wheat beer taste making it a delicious blend of sweet and refreshing for any season. Natural raspberry flavor is added to this delightfully sweet and slightly tart raspberry hefeweizen to give it a delicate fruit flavor. This beer is a 'middle of the road' offering, however it is anything but just average! Red in color (obviously!), is brought on by the use of Irish Ale Malt, supplied by the Malting Company of Ireland located in the city of Cork and caramel malts that will leave you with the flavor of toffee and subtle biscuit. A delicate Irish Red Ale that stands true to the tradition of the style.
